Drumragh And Drumquin Through To Knock Out Final

The Division Three Reserve Knock Out Final this year will be between neighbours and rivals Drumragh Sarsfields and Drumquin Wolfe Tones. The Sarsfields saw off the challenge of Cookstown in the semi final while the Tones emerged victorious against a talented Errigal Ciaran Thirds side in their last four clash.
Drumquin looked set for a handy win as they led 1-7 to 0-3 at the break in their semi final but a rejuvenated Errigal side pushed them all the way before a second Drumquin goal put daylight between the teams. Frankie Mc Alynn hit 0-8, Danny Mc Swiggan got the two goals and Finnen Patterson was also on target with 0-2.
Drumragh had three points to spare against Cookstown winning 1-15 to 1-12. Niall Mc Carney top scored for his side with 1-7 while Kevin Marron (4) and Johnny Browne (2) were also on target fo the Clanabogan side.
