4th Win for Trillick

Trillick collected their 4th win in six outings when they edged the verdict against Omagh at Donnelly Park on Saturday evening. The St.Macartans led 1-12 to 0-9 at the break having been ten in froint at one stage in the opening half. They moved ten ahead again on the restart before Omagh fought back but the St.Endas goal came to late to save the day for the visitors as it finished 1-21 to 1-19. Former Tyrone teammates Lee Brennan and Ronan O’Neill were in sparkling form for their respective sides hitting a dozen points each. Ruairi King got the Trillick goal with Colm Garrity and Frank McCaughey also featuring among their points. Tomas Haigney and Conal Campbell both raised white flags for the visitors with Tom Donaghy grabbing their goal late on.
