Acadamh Thir Eoghain is up and running for over a year now and this year as part of the work being done to unearth and develop talent the Tyrone coaching committee organised a series of U13 Skills Tests across the county. Over one hundred players entered the competition from a range of clubs across the county and on Saturday morning twenty-nine of the best players contested the final in perfect conditions at Garvaghey.

Following a hugely competitive mornings competition the eventual winner was Tom Grimes from Donaghmore. After a four way playoff between Adam Grogan, Daniel Muldoon, Jodie Murtagh and Conor McGillion to decide 2nd and 3rd place Daniel Muldoon from Eglish finished second with Adam Grogan from Omagh finishing 3rd.
