Academy Win Brock Shield.

Dungannon Academy won the Brock Shield this afternoon following their replay against St Mary’s Magherafelt. The Academy earned a draw after extra time first time out courtesy of a very late point but lifted the Shield today even though this game also went to extra time. Ryan Coleman and Ross Lavery hit late points to force extra time and during that period Eoin Teague’s goal proved crucial as they ran out 1-16 to 2-8 winners. Lavery and Coleman finished with seven points between them with Conn Kilpatrick and Teague contributing a couple of points each as well.
