As it stands…
Eglish are Champions and promoted into Division 1 for 2023
Galbally, Pomeroy, Edendork, and Gortin will take place in a playoff. If any of those teams win the championship Killeeshil could reach a playoff for promotion.
Eskra would be relegated. Clogher could play Cookstown, Rock or Tattyreagh in a relegation playoff.
Beragh secured a massive double score win over Rock to ease towards safety and leave their opponents still in trouble. Aaron Owens got the Red Knights goal with Conor Owens weighing in with five points for the winners and Martin Rodgers and Cathal Owens also on target. Aidan McGarrity and Diarmuid Carroll had points for Rock.
Killeeshil kept their playoff hopes alive when they came from four down in the final quarter to beat Kildress at home. Jason Doyle and Liam Hughes got their goals with Pascal Donaghy kicking 0-6 and Ryan Doyle and Cormac Donaghy also on target. Mattie McGuigan top scored for the Wolfe Tones with a goal and a few points with Philip Lennon getting their other major and Shea Quinn and Shea Murphy among the points.
Galbally moved back to second place in the table with a narrow win at home to Aghyaran. Enda McGarrity got the Pearses goal with their top scorer Conor Donaghy getting a few points and Barry Carberry also on target. Diarmuid and Ethan McHugh had points for the St.Davogs with Benny Gallen getting their goal.
Eglish were confirmed as league champions thanks to a comfortable win at home to Naomh Eoghan. Michael McGleenan notched a brace of goals with Ethan Jordan and Seamus Muldoon also finding the net and Conor McKenna among their points. Michael Coreless and Kevin Gallagher had points for the visitors.
Darren McCurry weighed in with 0-7 with Rian Nelis (2), James Fearon and Conor Mallon getting the goals as Edendork secured a comfortable win at home to Eskra. Joe McCarroll, Cathal Meegan and Aaron Kelly had points for the Emmetts.
Ryan McCaughey converted two late frees to earn Clogher a share off the spoils against high flying Pomeroy. Conor Shields, Mark Bogue and Ruairi McElroy were among the points for the Eire Ogs with Marc McConnell getting their goal. Frank Burns got the goal for the Plunketts with Hugh McNamee, Kieran McGeary and Ronan Duffin featuring among their points.
Gortin were comfortable winners away to championship opponents Owen Roes. Ciaran Brolly and Shane Clarke got the Gortin goals with Sean Og McAleer and Peter Keenan among their points.
Tattyreagh produced a blistering third quarter to come out on top at home to Cookstown in a crucial encounter. An early Luke Cullen goal coupled with points from Niall McMurray saw the Father Rocks lead at the break. Caolan McDonagh had got Tattyreagh’s first half goal and Eoghan Murray added another early in the second half before a late James Darcy goal sealed it.
