Owen Roes continued their fine league form with a very convincing win over a disappointing Killyman side. The North Tyrone lads were on the front foot from the start and reached the break in control and comfortably ahead 1-7 to 0-2. Cathal Mc Shane and Conor O’Neill both top scored with 1-3 each while Ryan Devine, Brendy Boggs, Seamus Dooher and Ryan Mc Aleer also found the target for the Roes. Enda Mc Gahan was Killyman’s only scorer accounting for all three of his team’s points.

Tattyreagh had plenty to spare in their 2-17 to 0-6 win over Killeeshil. Once again James Darcy led the team in terms of scoring bagging 1-6 of his team’s total while Johnny Harkin (4), Brendan Armstrong (3) and John Mc Aleer 1-0 were also on target. This young Killeeshil side again found the going tough with Pascal Donaghy (3), Liam Hughes (2) and Bernard O’Neill getting their side’s scores.

It was another bad day at the office for Glenelly who were on the receiving end of a 1-18 to 1-4 beating from an improving Drumragh side. The Clanabogan outfit were six in front at the break leading 0-10 to 1-1. Eamon Mc Connell got his team’s goal while Seamus Bradley tagged on Glenelly’s only point of the first half. Things did not improve much for the home side after that as they managed only three second half points courtesy of Shayne Devine, Ronan O’Kane and Seamus Harkin while Drumragh continued to score freely. Drumragh had nine different scorers in an impressive first half with Shane Cleary, Tommy Mullin, Shane Devine, Martin Taggart, Kevin Marron, Benny Drumm, Jude Campbell, Gareth Haughey and Barry Fitzgerald all on target. Paul Maguire hit the net in the second half for the Sarsfields while Patrick Colgan and Cathal Gallagher also got their names on the score-sheet on a day when Drumragh dominated the game from start to finish and ended up with twelve different scorers.

Clan na nGael’s good recent run came to an end this afternoon when they lost out away to a well drilled Brackaville Owen Roes team in spite of a tremendous display from former county star Stevie O’Neill. First half goals from Sean Day and Shea Fee provided the platform for this win as Owen Loughran and Joe Rafferty contributed handsomely to their team’s victory.

Errigal Thirds continued to show improvement and recorded yet another league win with a 2-8 to 1-9 victory over Brocagh. Niall Molloy and Jody Farrell hit 2-4 between them for the winners while Caolan Tierney, Michael Harte and Chrissy Kelly were all on target for Errigal. The Emmetts found scores hard to come by in the first half and trailed 1-3 to 0-4 at the break with their scores coming from Owen Canavan, Shay Devlin, Mickey Hughes and Barry Donnelly. Canavan, Hughes (2) and Donnelly scored second half points for Brocagh while Eugene Ryan found the net but Errigal held on to win by two.
