Augher GAC are nearing the end of a full refurbishment of their changing rooms at Fr. Hackett Park and are now embarking on the latest fundraising drive in the form of A Night At The Oskars. This novel idea is where 8 or 9 groups come together to shoot a short film and all films are shown at a fantastic night in the Hilgrove Hotel in Monaghan.

In the build-up to this night the casts are all organising various fundraising events and one of the films in the mix is Back To The Future which is set in the 1980’s. This was the inspiration to organise an evening to relive those memories from a great era in both Tyrone & Augher football, not to mention the leg warmers!

On the night we will look back on the big screen at what was trending, news breaking or even controversial along with those moments in local and national GAA that made history. Interviews on the night will feature winning O’Neill Cup Captains, past Tyrone players and  Captains, Camogie Stars and Football All Stars.

Come along and enjoy a unique night in Quinn’s Corner on Saturday 17th August at 8pm.
