Strabane Sigersons Under 13 Boys lost out by a late point to Beragh in the Tyrone Grade 3 League final played today at Greencastle.
Despite the defeat the Sigersons lads have done the club very proud throughout the season and have shown great hope for the future.
Strabane led 2-1 to 1-1 at the interval with goals from Brandon Browne and Paddy McGranaghan with Jay McCay getting the point.
Beragh made a great start to the second half and at one stage went seven points ahead before Strabane drew the game level with Paddy McGranaghan hitting a brace of goals and Jordan Gilloway firing over two points only for Beragh to win the contest with a score from a last gasp free kick.
Best wishes to young Sean Sweeney who had to be rushed to hospital prior to the game, we wish him a speedy recovery from his illness.
