Big Weekend For Under 16 Ladies And Junior Clubs

Of course most of the attention this weekend among Tyrone GAA fans will be on events in Croke Park on Saturday afternoon as the county’s senior footballers do battle with Roscommon for a place in the quarter finals of the All Ireland series. However there are other pressing engagements taking place which we in Teamtalkmag.com will be keeping an eye upon.
From a club perspective the Junior Championship gets under way on Friday night with two double bills. Galbally will play host to the Brackaville versus Glenelly and Tattyreagh versus Aghaloo double header with the first game scheduled to start at 6:30pm. Meanwhile at Trillick, Beragh against Dregish is the first of their double header with Errigal Ciaran Thirds and Owen Roe O’Neills following at 8:00pm. We will endeavour to bring you the half time and full time details and will have the first reports from all four of Friday night’s games on this website as soon as they conclude.
Then on Saturday the Tyrone Ladies Under 16 team will face old rivals Monaghan in the Ulster Final at Donagh. The girls will be hoping to emulate the achievements of the minor side and lift the provincial title against one of the best Under 16 teams in the country. We hope to bring you all the details of this game as they unfold on Saturday. The game is down for a 3:00pm start.
