1. Earliest GAA memory.
Earliest GAA memory would be winning the double with Brackaville under 14’s, I only turned 10 on the league final day.

 2. How much time do you give over to GAA each week? Can you give us a breakdown of an average week? I would say 4 days a week, trainings Tuesday, Friday and match Sunday with the team then extra running session for myself on a Monday or Thursday.

 3. The best GAA venue you have been to? Best venue would have to be Croke Park.

4. School participation and/or success. I won Tyrone and Ulster vocational schools cup with St Joseph’s College Coalisland and also received a vocational All star that year. Also an Ulster with St Joseph’s Donaghmore.

5. Club/ County role models that you looked up to as a youth For my club there was a lot of role models but a couple that stand out are Tony Carberry, he managed me throughout my whole youth and was a great influence, also Ciaran O’Hagan, Paul Rouse and Cathir McGuinness all great footballers who I looked up to in my youth. County role models were Peter Canavan and Sean Cavanagh two of the greatest in the game.

 6. Other sports that you played or had an interest in.I played soccer for Dungannon United youth up until under 16’s and won the NI cup.

 7. Most difficult opponent you have faced in club football and why? There’s been many great footballers but one that sticks out would be Johnny Harkin from Tattyreagh gave me a roasting one day I’ll never forget.

 8. Best player you have ever seen play Gaelic football Again a lot of great footballers but I have to go for the great Peter Canavan.

9. Are you happy enough to see the restart of club and county activities? Absolutely, it’s great to see some sort of normalisation back for us all again. Great to be back with the lads and excited to get the season started.

10. The best GAA match that you ever saw.Tyrone v Armagh 2005 was best match I’ve ever seen.

 11. Are you a fan of academies/development squads? Why100% a fan, I was involved myself from under 14’s up to minors and was a great influence on me. It’s great craic and you make a lot of friends from other clubs. It also develops you into the footballer you need to be for your club and county.

12. Your own involvement around the club.I am a senior player for my club. Would love to take a youth team when it starts up again.

>> 13. How important is the GAA in your community? GAA is massive in our community. Throughout Covid-19 our club was giving out food parcels to those in need. Also delivering footballs and exercises to the youth to keep them going over lockdown, which just goes to show the impact GAA has on our community.

 14. Favourite county jersey (not Tyrone)Dublin or Kerry jersey both are unreal

15. What are your main strengths as a footballer? There wouldn’t be many but I’d say I’m good in the air and my defensive skills wouldn’t be bad. Shooting on the other hand.. I just leave that to the shooters lol
