Castlederg Host Red River Festival

Castlederg folk are busy preparing for the Red River Festival which takes place this weekend. This all kicks off on Friday with the Derg/Erne 125KM Cycle which leaves the clubrooms at 5:00pm hoping to return around 2:00pm on Saturday. A hardy bunch hopes to complete the run in one day and they are set to start their cycle at 6:00am on Saturday morning with the intention of meeting up with the other cyclists in Ballyshannon between 10:30 and 11:00am.
Saturday and Sunday sees lots of music, dancing, singing, a BBQ and a monster Bingo session with prizes galore and something for everyone. Up and coming country music star Leigh Matthews is sure to draw a massive crowd on Sunday.
