With Dungannon and Castlederg both celebrating huge “club weekends” and several high quality championship games taking place today there is lots of GAA news to follow live on www.teamtalkmag.com on Saturday and Sunday. First up this morning will be the under 16 championship games and we will bring you news of those as they happen. Later on this afternoon we turn our attention to the exploits of Sperrin Og as they travel to Greysteel in Derry for their opening Ulster Club game. The Greencastle girls received the perfect lift last night when their under 16 side won the Grade Two League title with a very commanding showing. We will have all the details from that one as they happen with this game having a 2:00pm throw in time.

The Power NI sponsored Championship has three games down for decision later this afternoon with a Junior Reserve Championship derby between Brackaville and Dungannon first up in Edendork. Following that game the action moves just up the road to Coalisland where there are two semi final matches down for decision. In the Junior Semi Errigal Ciaran Thirds will take on Derrytresk in a match that sees some of the top scoring individuals in Junior football come face to face. Niall Gavin, Michael Harte and Damien Mc Dermott all featured prominently on the top ten scorers in Division Three so we can expect today’s game to be high scoring and entertaining. We will bring you all the details live here on the Teamtalk website.

Following this game will be one of the most eagerly anticipated fixtures of the whole championship as Galbally Pearses take on championship specialists Stewartstown Harps in the Intermediate semi final. Once again we have several of the top forwards in the county on show with Paul Rafferty and Declan Murphy in super form for The Pearses while Gareth Devlin and Peter Armour are sure to be top performers for The Harps. Once again we will bring you all the live action, scores, details and major talking points in this game as they happen. So why wait until Monday, Tuesday or even Thursday to “read all about it” when you can follow it as it happens blow for blow live on www.teamtalkmag.com
