Clonoe Clinch Intermediate League Title

Clonoe have made an immediate return to senior football after they defeated Tattyreagh at O’Rahilly Park on Wednesday evening to clinch the Intermediate league title as they maintained their unbeaten record.
The O’Rahillys were well on their way to victory by halftime as they held a commanding 2-9 to 0-5 lead. Ronan Corey got their first goal after two minutes with Ryan Quinn bagging their second major with points coming from Connor McAliskey, Corey, Ryan Morrow and Danny McNulty.
James Darcy was in superb form for the visitors with 0-11 to his name with Callum Leonrad and Johnny Harkin also on target. Ryan McCabe got an early second half goal for Clonoe and McAliskey, Morrow and Conor McLoughlin tagged on points as it finished 3-13 to 0-12.
