Coalisland Ease Past Killyclogher

Reigning county champions Coalisland have battled their way through to the draw for the quarter final of this year’s Power NI Senior Football Championship following a 0-16 to 0-11 win over Killyclogher.
This was a much more keenly contested affair than the preceding game and indeed it was the Killyclogher men who led at the break 0-7 to 0-5 thanks to the accuracy of Leo Meenan, Mark Bradley and Sean O’Kane.
Killyclogher looked like they were going to push on after the break but the real turning point came when Leo Meenan missed an easy free to put Killyclogher three ahead. Coalisland seized the opportunity and scored six points in a row with Paddy McNeice in devastating form. He finished the match with 0-8 as Coalisland ran out five point winners.
