Omagh CBS bowed out of the Danske Bank MacRory Cup on Friday night when they lost out to a fancied St. Pats Maghera side at Oliver Plunkett Park in Emyvale. Things were looking good for the Brothers when points from James Darcy, Johnny Harkin and defender Tiarnan Murray were added to by an Oran Sludden goal for a 1-5 to 0-2  lead after twenty three minutes. That stung the Derry lads into action though and points from Conor Glass, Shane McGuigan and Keelan Feeney coupled with a Conal Darragh  goal left it 1-6 each at the short whistle.

Maghera picked up where they had left off on the restart with Francis Kearney and Glass tagging on points before Patrick Quigg bagged their second goal. They failed to score in the final twenty minutes but despite Omagh points from Eoighain Murray , Darcy and Peter McCartan they Derry lads held on to win 2-8 to 1-9.
