Cookstown Collect League & Reserve League Trophies

Cookstown Fr Rock’s collected the O’Neill’s Division 2 All County League and the Reserve All County League trophies in Cookstown this afternoon following a draw with Derrytresk.
Both teams were joined after the match by some of the members of the side that collected the first ever Intermediate championship title 50 years ago in 1962. They were also joined by their main sponsor Dominic Crilly from Steelweld Fabrications.
Cookstown can now look forward to next Sunday when they open their Ulster Intermediate campaign with a trip to the Athletic Grounds in Armagh to take on Stephen McDonnell and Killeavy. Teamtalkmag.com will be on hand to bring you updates from that game.
