– Tyrone beat Queen’s by 15 points 3-17 to 0-11

– Man of the Match Ronan O’Neill kicked 1-6 for Tyrone

– Lee Brennan helped himself to 0-6 with five of those points coming from the dead ball

– Johnny Munroe and Connor McAliskey added the other two Tyrone goals

– Lamh Dearg’s Ryan Murray top scores for Queens with 0-4

Derry 4-16 Antrim 2-12

– Frank Fitzimmons and Gearoid Adams take charge of Antrim for the first time

– Sean Heavron collects the Man of the Match on his debut for Derry and scores two goals

– Liam McGoldrick and Emmett McGuckin from the penalty spot get the other Derry goals

– Tomas McCann scores Antrim’s two goals either side of half time

Donegal 1-11 Down 0-11

– Michael Murphy’s made his 100th appearance for Donegal when he came on as a second half substitute

– Five players made their debuts for Donegal, Eoghan Ban Gallagher, Ciaran Thompson, Jack O’Brien, Michael Carroll and Stephen McBrearty

– New Down manager Eamonn Burns gave debuts to Joe Murphy, Cathal Doyle, Joe McDermott and Gareth Johnson

– Donegal edged the game thanks to a Frank McGlynn goal in the first half

Section C

Armagh 0-11 Cavan 2-8

– Cavan finished the game with 12 men with David Givney, Joshua Hayes and Killian Brady all receiving red cards from Derry referee Barry Cassidy

– Cassidy handed out another four yellow and two black cards during the course of the game

– Armagh finished with 13 men Aaron Findon and Brendan Donaghy were sent off in the second half

– Niall McDermott and Chris Conroy got Cavan’s first half goals

– Armagh kicked 16 wides over the 70 minutes with eight in each half

Monaghan 1-9 UUJ 2-16

– UUJ handed Moanghan a ten point defeat in Clones this afternoon thanks to late goals from Derry’s Cailean O’Boyle and Mayo’s Evan Regan

– Monaghan handed a debut to Barry McGinn and he got a goal for Monaghan to help cut the deficit
