The Tyrone U16s who currently top the table travelled to face Louth in their latest fixture. It was immediately obvious that this was to be a one-sided affair with the Red Hands in the driving seat from the first ball.

There were some excellent performances up front from Catherine Moohan, Emer Cunningham and Sorcha Hughes but many players including goalkeeper Hollie Croucher, captain Niamh McElduff, defenders Alanna McGeary and Emily McCann and midfielder Cora Quinn were all impressive.

This weekend they will have a home fixture against Donegal in Carrickmore in the last game ahead of the championship semifinals.
