Something had to give as Killyclogher played host to Eglish in a meeting between two unbeaten sides and it was the St.Marys who came out on top to end Eglish’s perfect record. Paddy Corcoran, PT Cunningham, Mark Hayes and Oran Toal had points for the winners with Luke Donnerlly, Turlough Muldoon, Seamus Muldoon and James Daly on target for Eglish.
Carrickmore also remain undefeated after they withheld a Galbally comeback to win at Pearse Park. Points from Stephen Grogan and Tiarnan Murray coupled with goals from Phelim McCrory and James Donaghy had they well in front. Galbally responded with a series of two pointers from Sean Hughes, Ronan Nugent and Liam Rafferty as well as a couple of Joseph Corrigan points but late scores from Martin Penrose and Ruairi Loughran ensured victory for the visitors.
Clonoe made the trip to the Loughshore to play Moortown and they came away with a narrow win. Ryan McCabe bagged the only goal of the game with Tommy Taggart, Connor McAliskey and Fintan McClure providing points for the Rahillys. Ryan Kelly and Brian McLernon contributed 0-11 between them for the Malachys with Christopher McGuigan and Conor Quinn also on target.
Errigal Ciaran picked up their first win of the campaign and they did it in style with an emphatic success over Coalisland at Dunmoyle. Peter Harte led the way in the scoring stakes for the winners with his haul including a brace of goals as Dara McGinley also raised a green flag and Ryan Lynch and Aodhan Quinn were among the points. Cathaoir Quinn, Cormac O’Hagan, Tiernan Quinn and Peter Herron all featured on the scoresheet for the Fianna.
Dromore travelled to Healy Park and they came away with the spoils against Omagh. Paudi Dillon was in superb form for the St.Dympnas with both goals as well as a number of points with Cahir Goodwin, Adrian McGurren and Tiernan McCusker also on target. Ronan O’Neill top scored for the St.Endas with Dan Haigney and Daniel McCrossan also supplying points and Eoin McAnulla their goal.
Trillick came out on top away to Loughmacrory in a repeat of last season’s County Final. Lee Brennan and James Garrity got a goal each as well as a number of points with Simon Garrity and Liam Corry scoring as well. Ryan Grimley and Cathal Donaghy got the St.Theresas goals with Pauraic Meenagh landing a number of points and Gareth Donaghy also on the mark.
Donaghmore and Edendork were involved in a nine goal thriller with the St.Ptricks coming out on top. Star of the show was Noah Grimes who found the net four times with Larry Shields and Ryan Cush also raising green flags and Fergal Donaghy featuring among the points. Conor Mallon, Harry Og Conlon and Rian Nelis got the Edendork goals with Luke Ferguson weighing in with a trio of points.
Ardboe made the trip to Dungannon and they picked up two valuable league points at O’Neill Park. Shay McGuigan, Darragh Devlin, CJ McGourty and Oisin Devlin all featured among the points for the Rossas with Paul Donaghy, James Morgan, Leo Hughes and Matthew Quinn providing points for the Clarkes.
