Gortin remain top of the table after a win away to a Cookstown side who remain in trouble. Liam Og Mossey was in outstanding form for the visitors with 0-11 to his name with Sean McKenna and Fiachra McNulty also on target with Odhran Brolly bagging their goal. Michael McElhatton hit 1-3 for the Father Rocks with Matthew Carberry landing four points.
Moortown are up to second in the table after their ability to get goals proved to be the difference on their trip to Beragh. Shea Lawn, Paul Quinn and Tarlach Quinn all found the net for the Loughshore men with Conor Owens, Martin Rodgers and Oran Treacy among the points for the Red Knights.
Moy’s poor run of form continued when they lost away to an Owen Roes side who guaranteed their safety with this win. Cathal McShane continued his rich vein of form with their goal as well as a number of points with Conall McOrmack and Stephen Kelly also finding the range. Sean Cavanagh top scored for the visitors with Philiip Mallon also on target.
Derrylaughan ensured that they can still mathematically win the league title thanks to a win at the Loughshore against Greencastle. Conor Hughes got both goals for the Kevin Barrys with Brian Kennedy, Ciaran Gervin and Tomas Carney among their points. Mark Carson, David Morris and Sean Conneely were among the points for the visitors.
Aghyaran’s title hopes received a severe setback when they lost away to a Naomh Eoghan side fighting to try and get away from the danger zone. Conal McConomy, Aidan McSorley, Eoin Devine and Michael Coreless were among the points for the hosts with Ronan McHugh, Benny Gallen and Benny McLaughlin responding for the St.Davogs and Eoghan McHugh getting their goal.
Stewartstown gave their survival hopes a huge shot in the arm with a win away to Rock. Shea O’Neill got two goals for the Harps with Shea Burke also raising a green flag ith Tiernan Rushe and Dan Lowe among their points. Shane Murphy weighed in with five points for Rock with Aidan McGarrity notching 1-2.
Fintona took a big step towards safety when they made home advantage count against Kildress for a result that saw them leapfrog heir opponents in the table. Aaron McCarney, Jared Brogan, Conan Hegarty and Caolan Donnelly were among the points for the Pearses with Shea Quinn and Shea Murphy responding for the Wolfe Tones.
The bottom two in the division went head to head with Clogher coming out on top against Drumragh. Ryan McCaughey, Cillian Barkey, Marc McConnell and Conor Shields were among the points for the Eire Ogs with the latter also getting their goal. Tommy Murphy got the Sarsfields goal with Eoin Montgomery and Kian Murphy among their points.
