Beragh opened their league campaign with a win at home to previously uneaten Rock. Martin Rodgers, Conor Owens, Paddy McCann and Oran Treacy were among the points for the Red Knights. Aidan McGarrity got the Rock goal as well as a few points with Shane Murphy and Diarmaid Carroll also on target for the visitors.

 

Moy returned to winning ways when they saw off the challenge of Kildress on home soil. Liam McGeary, Diarmaid Quinn, Ryan Coleman and Cathaoir Hughes had points for the winners with Philip Lennon getting the Wolfe Tones goal and Tiarnan McNally and James Mulgrew both registering for the visitors as well.

 

Greencastle collected their first points of the season when they won at Killeeshil. Cahir McCullagh and Sean Warnock both raised green flags with Sean Fox, Joe Warnock and McCullagh suppling points. Luke Donnelly top scored for the home side with his haul including both goals with Cormac Donaghy, Tomas Hoy and Callum McWilliams also on target.

 

Cookstown’s perfect start to the season continued when they won away to Aghyaran. Eoin Long top scored for the Father Rocks with a number of points as well as a goal with John McIvor also finding the net and Niall McMurray and Nathan Connolly supplying points. Benny Gallen, Dermot McHugh and Eoghan McHugh were on target for the St.Davogs who lost their impressive full back Darren McMenamin to injury late on.

 

Clogher made the trip to the Loughshore and returned home with the spoils against Derrylaughan. The Eire Ogs dominated the first half with points from Ryan McCaughey, Rory McElroy, Marc McConnell and Conor Shields. The Kevin Barrys had two pointers after the break from Adam Cushnahan, Conor Hughes and Andre Devlin while Ciaran Quinn scored as well but a late Shields goal proved decisive.

 

Gortin were in fine scoring form at home to Aghaloo. Liam Og Mossey was on fire for the hosts with a brace of goals as well as a number of points with Lucas McGarvey and Caolan O’Hagan getting their other goals with Sean Og McAleer featuring among the points. Conor Quinn, Niall McElroy and Darren McAnespie all featured among the scorers for Aghaloo.

 

Owen Roes are moving along nicely in the early stages of the season and they won again this time at Drumquin. Conn Tinney and Cathal McShane grabbed a goal in each half for the visitors with points coming from McShane. Tony Devine, Conal McCormack, Adam Coyle and Dara Dooher.
