Cookstown 0-15 Pomeroy 1-13
Only two games took place in division two on Saturday and they resulted in wins for Aghyaran and Pomeroy over Greencastle and Cookstown respectively. Benny Gallen top scored for the St.Davogs with his haul including two goals while Ronan McNamee and Ethan McHugh had points. Mark Carson had a few points for the visitors with defender Edan Clarke and Paddy McElhatton bagging their goals.
Pomeroy had to pull out all the stops to record a narrow win in Cookstown. Frank Burns got the only goal of the game with Ronan Duffin, Kieran McGeary and Sean Quinn among the points for the Plunketts. James McGahan and Matthew Carberry were on the scoresheet for the Father Rocks.
