Derg “Red River Festival” Ready To Rock.

Castlederg St Eugene’s GAC’s inaugural ‘Red River Festival’ will run from Friday 29th June to Sunday 1st July. The much anticipated weekend has a number of events/attractions that will appeal to all the family. The festival commences on Friday night with eight local businesses and families competing in the popular game show “Family Fortunes” with the victorious team winning £800 for a local charity of their choice.
Saturday’s fun filled programme consists of a family fun day from 12.00 – 2.00pm consisting of balloon modelling, blitzes, clowns discos etc, followed by the eagerly awaited ‘Not so Strictly Jigs and Reels’ with ten local celebrities battling it out for the title of ‘Lord of the Dance’
On Sunday 1st July there will be bingo in the Festival marquee starting at 2.00pm with £3300 worth of prizes including a jackpot of £1500 which MUST be won, followed by the weekend’s main attraction, Nathan Carter who will be performing in the marquee with doors opening at 8.30pm.
