All members of the U16 development squad are requested to attended a FMS and Fitness Testing session in St Ciaran’s Ballygawley on Saturday 23rd March at 10:45am. All players are requested to bring suitable indoor gear and footwear.
All members of the U15 development squad are requested to attended a FMS and Fitness Testing session in St Ciaran’s Ballygawley on Saturday 23rd March at 12:15pm. All players are requested to bring suitable indoor gear and footwear.
