Coalisland moved clear at the top of the division one table thanks to a hard earned win at struggling Urney. Dermot Thornton and Brian Toner landed 0-9 between them for the Fianna with Cathair Quinn and Plunkett Kane on target as well.  Stephen Lafferty grabbed the only goal of the game with Fergal McNulty, Plunkett Langan and Johnny Lafferty supplying points for the St.Columbas as well.

Cormac McGettigan bagged the only goal of the game as Killyclogher won at Dromore in a repeat of last season’s league decider. Ruairi Sludden, Emmett McNabb, James Carlin and Emmett McFadden had points for their respective sides.

Goals from Niall McKenna and Cormac McCann coupled with five Deasun Quinn points saw Donaghmore win by the minimum margin at Carrickmore. Martin Penrose hit half a dozen points for the home side with Mickey Donaghy getting four.

Edendork edged closer to safety after getting the better of Strabane at home in what was a must win game for both sides. Harry Og Conlon and Sean Donnelly got the goals for the winners while Dylan Arnold got the Sigersons’ major.

A blistering first half display laid the foundations for Clonoe as they eased to victory over Pomeroy. Eamon Duffin got two goals with Patrick Doris and Danny McNulty also finding the net on the day. Pomeroy failed to trouble the umpires in the first half with Ollie McCreesh getting all but a point of their 1-5 in the second period.

Galbally took a giant step towards safety when Aidan O’Hagan grabbed a late goal as they won by the minimum margin at Greencastle. Daniel Kerr struck for an early goal for the Pearses but between those two majors Greencastle had the better of things on the scoreboard with Mark Carson and Gavin Slane among their points.
