There were wins in Division Three on Sunday for Clogher over neighbours Eskra, Cookstown over Augher and Drumragh away to Glenelly.

Cookstown were in fine form as they put Augher to the sword in a rather one sided match that saw the Fr Rocks reach the break leading 2-12 to 1-4. There was little or no respite for the Augher lads as Cookstown finished winners on a scoreline of 4-28 to 1-6.

Cookstown scorers on the day were Michael Mc Elhatton 2-6, Karol Wawrynkiewicz 1-5, Lorcan Mc Murray 0-4, Niall Mc Murray 0-3, Matthew Carberry 0-3, Nathan Connolly 0-3,  Luke Cullen 1-0, Peter Mc Gurk 0-2, and a point each from Michael Oscar Devlin and Callan Kelly. On a day when very little went right for Augher their scores came from Raymond Mc Elroy (1-1), Pascal Gormley (0-1), Darragh Kavanagh (0-2), Ronan Mc Elroy (0-2),

There was very little between the two sides in the derby match between Clogher and Eskra. Playing wind assisted in the first Eskra looked to be heading in at the break leading by two points 1-5 to 0-6 only for Ryan Mc Caughey to find the net and give the home side a serious shot in the arm for the second half. Clogher led at the break 1-6 to 1-5 and built on that lead after the restart. The Eskra scorers were Tommy Meegan 1-1, Conor O’Hagan 2, 1, 1, Rory Kinsella 0-1, Cormac Hughes 0-1 and Cathal Arkinson 0-1. Clogher have made it four  wins from four starts and are looking well placed for a serious challenge on the league this year. Clogher scorers on the day were Finbarr Mc Caughey 1-3, Killian Barkey 0-5, Ryan Mc Caughey 1-2,  Conor Shields 1-2, Marc Mc Connell 0-2, Owen Mellon 0-1, Eoin Mc Carron 0-1, Fergal Mc Kenna and Darragh Mellon 0-1 apiece.
