Dregish enjoyed the spoils of victory on Sunday when they defeated Killyman 1-9 to 0-10. Fergus Mc Crossan got the all important goal for the Pearse Ogs while Stevie Breen (5) and Mark Catterson were among the points for the winners.

A disappointing day for Fintona saw them lose heavily to Brocagh 1-20 to 0-11. Aaron Mc Carney top scored for the Pearses with 0-9 but the fleet footed attacker suffered badly from a lack of support up front as Brocagh produced their best display of the season. Clogher made the short run to Killeeshil and came away with the points following their 3-22 to 0-12 win. Ryan Mc Caughey (8) and Marc Mc Connell (6) certainly had their shooting boots on while Fergal Mc Kenna, Jamie Callaghan and Paul Tierney bagged the goals for the Eire Ogs. Killeeshil ran out of steam in the second half with Pascal Donaghy accounting for seven of his team’s scores.
Drumragh and Derrytresk played out an entertaining draw on Saturday with both sides hitting 1-8. The Hill Men led by one at the break 0-4 to 0-3 but had to rely on a late, late score from Cathal O’Neill to get the draw. O’Neill bagged 0-4 while Ronan O’Neill (1-0) and Caolan Corr (0-2) were also on target. Gareth Starrs bagged the all important goal for the Sarsfields while Kevin Marron, Shane Cleary, Barry Fitzgerald and Marty Taggart were among the Drumragh scorers.

Owen Roes are still top of the table and remain unbeaten following their seven point win away to Errigal Thirds. The game finished 0-18 to 0-11 with Stephen Harper (3) and Conor O’Neill (4) top scoring for the winners. Conall Mc Cormack, Michael Dooher, Brendan Boggs, Ronan Mc Nulty, Seamus Dooher and Tony Devine also managed to find the target for the winners.
