Errigal Ciaran made it three wins out of three thanks to a 1-13 to 0-7 success over Eglish at Dunmoyle this afternoon. Bryan Horisk got the winners goal with Peter Harte, Declan Quinn and Pio McDermott featuring among their points, Shane McCann and Damian Jordan on target for the St.Patricks.

Eskra collected their first points in senior football when they had the minimum to spare over neighbours Augher at Father Hackett Park. Niall Marlow got the Emmetts goal with Peter Hughes and Cormac Arkinson contributing points. Midfielder Aidan Cassidy was the Augher goal scorer with Daire Kavanagh and Aidan McElroy among the points for them.

Strabane are off the mark at the third time of asking after accounting for Moortown at Sigerson Park despite having two players sent off. Two goals from county man Plunkett Kane helped Fianna overcome a battling Cookstown at Fr Peter Campbell Park.  Lining out at centre half forward he caused plenty of trouble for the Fr Rock’s.  Four points from Owen Mulligan and Christopher Eastwood hauled Cookstown back into the contest and despite a Martin Murray goal Coalisland picked up their second win of the season.
