Castlederg maintained their unbeaten run but lost their 100% record when they drew 0-12 apiece with Clogher this afternoon. With Mark Corry, Bradley Devine and Steafan Gallen showing well the Derg reached the break leading 0-5 to 0-4 but in such a tight game they will surely rue a missed first half penalty. The second half was a carbon copy of the first with little separating the sides throughout and indeed the sides were level on six occasions. Ciaran Shields showed his accuracy with four points while P Mc Kiernan (0-4), E Mc Connell, M Shortt and P Tierney were all on target for the home side. In such a tight battle it was no surprise that they were still deadlocked at twelve points each when the referee sounded the final whistle. A fair outcome to a very competitive game.

Tattyreagh made a tremendous second half recovery to come back from five points down to earn a draw with a hard working Newtownstewart. It was the visitors who were the dominant force in the first period and they reached the break leading 0-7 to 0-2 with Ryan Mayse(0-2), Aidan Mc Sorley (0-2) Turlough Mc Namee(0-1), Kevin Gallagher (0-1) and Mark Mc Brearty (0-1) all on target. The Tatts looked toothless at times in the first half with only Chris Mc Carroll and Conor Taggart managing to hit the target. However second half goals from Cartin and Taggart gave the home side hope and they did just about enough to deserve a 2-5 to 0-11 draw.

Brocagh and Drumragh served up a real thriller on the loughshore this afternoon and the Sarsfields will be disappointed not to have taken something from the game. The Emmetts won 1-15 to 1-14 after an enthralling sixty minutes. An early Brocagh goal from Michael Hughes was the key score and was the difference between the sides for long periods of the first half. However Drumragh, with Marty Tagart leading the way recovered to level the game by the break 1-8 to 0-11. Brocagh began the second half well  with Cathal Donnelly, Justin Campbell and Michael Carolan prominent but the Sarsfields refused to yield and a Tommy Murphy goal from a penalty gave them fresh hope. Sadly for the visitors time ran out and in spite of the best efforts of Shane Cleary and his colleagues Brocagh held on to edge it by one.

Killeeshil defeated Beragh by five points on a score line of 0-18 to 0-13. Beragh looked good early on and led 0-3 to no score midway through the first half but inspired by Shane Mallon Killeeshil recovered to lead 0-6 to 0-4 at the break. Beragh showed great resolve however and were level with fifteen minutes left. It was then that Killeeshil displayed their greater experience and with Mallon and Gary Reilly on form they finished the game strongly to win by five. Killeeshil scorers; Shane Mallon 0-8, Gary Reilly 0-5, Rory O’Neill 0-2, and a point each from Packie Mc Mullan, Damian Small and Rory Mc Cann. Marty Rodgers and Nathan Grimes hit 0-3 each while Niall Owens, Eddie Molloy, Declan Mc Cann, Sean Mc Mahon, Chris Devlin scored 0-5 between them. Hugh Franey with 0-2 completed the scoring for the Red Knights.
