Moy were promoted straight back to division one after a hard earned 2-9 to 1-9 victory away to a Galbally side who are into the relegation play offs as a result of this defeat. Ryan O’Neill and Kris Kavanagh got the Moy goals with Blaine Nugent getting the Galbally major. Loughmacrory will play host to the Pearses in that play off after they beat Urney 2-8 to 0-7 away from home. Ronan Ward scored both goals for the St.Theresas with Johnny Lafferty and Jamie McAleer on target for the hosts.

Stephen O’Neill turned in a masterclass of scoring as Clann na Gael got the win that they needed to steer clear of danger at the expense of Strabane. He hit thirteen of their tally as they triumphed 0-15 to 2-5, Brendan and John McLaughlin with the Sigersons’ goals. Strabane will be most disappointed with their display which saw them score only a single point in a mediocre second half showing. Double winners Cookstown were held to a 2-7 to 1-10 draw at home to Derrytresk. Martin McVey and Brian Mulligan got the Father Rocks’ goals with Conor O’Neill getting the visitors goal on a day when Niall Gavin top scored for them. Pomeroy and Augher both picked up points without having to kick a ball as Eskra and Killeeshil respectively didn’t field. The Plunketts now host Augher in the promotion play offs with Strabane at home to Derrytresk in the other play off game.
