Aghyaran’s recent good run of form continued on Friday night when they were emphatic winners at home to Killeeshil. Ronan McHugh found the net twice with Aidan Connolly and Brian McHugh also scoring goals while Sean Byrne and Cathal Brown featured among the points. Shane Mallon got the Killeeshil goal with Conall Monaghan and Eoghan Donaghy providing points.

Galbally emerged comfortable 3-16 to 2-9 winners over Urney at Pearse Park. Sean Murphy top scored for the winners with 2-3 to his name, Damian McCrory got their other goal while Paul Rafferty and Ronan Nugent scored eight points between them. Chris Bogle got both Urney goals with Jamie McAleer notching four points.

Gortin collected a superb win at home to title chasing Kildress with Mickey Mossey and Ruairi Keenan hitting seven points between them. Des Treacy, Johnny Connolly and Damian Kelly all scored for the Wolfe Tones.

Shea Kelly came to Moortown’s rescue with a late equaliser away to table topping Edendork. Karl McGuckin got both of the home side’s goals with Paul Donaghy and Brian Og O’Rourke among their points. Conor Herron got the Moortown major with Andrew McGuigan and Brian McLernon supplying points.

Cookstown produced a strong final ten minutes to see of the challenge of Derrylaughan at Paddy Cullen Park. John Gilmore and Danny McElhatton were the Father Rocks goal scorers on a day when Dylan Coyle, Martin Hughes and Martin Murray had points for them. Ciaran Gervin and Paul Donnelly got the Derrylaughan goals with Conor Kelly and Martin McStravig scoring a brace of points each.

Eskra picked up a much needed win away to a Pomeroy side whose recent poor run of results continued. Paul Meegan and Peter Hughes were the goal scorers for the visitors with Adrian Scullion, Joe McCarroll and Johnny Hackett supplying points. Gavin Goodfellow got Pomeroy’s goal with Ryan Loughran getting a couple of points.

Derrytresk were worthy winners at home to neighbours Stewartstown with Caolan Corr getting both goals and Niall Gavin finishing with five points to his name. Dan Lowe top scored for the Harps with 1-3 with Anton Coyle getting a couple of points as well.

Goals from Declan Grimes and Ronan Ward were the difference as Loughmacrory accounted for Rock at home. Conor McCreesh once again led the way in the scoring stakes for the St.Patricks.
