Doiretreasc Camogs Retain Title

Doiretreasc camogs are celebrating retaining the Bridie McMenamin Shield after overcoming Castletara in the Ulster Junior Club Camogie Final at Tattyreagh on Sunday afternoon. The Tyrone girls led 1-3 to 0-3 at half time with Caoimhe Rafferty getting their goal and after the break they took complete control. Rafferty finished with a personal haul of 2-2, Aisling Corr grabbed 1-3 with Caroline O’Neill [0-2], Dolores McCabe and team captain Emma Fitzgerald also on target as they ran out emphatic winners on a 3-9 to 1-4 score line.
