Donaghmore St Patrick’s made the perfect start to a big week for their U14 footballers as they outshone a very spirited Omagh side in Dunmoyle on Tuesday evening.  Played in perfect conditions on a perfect pitch the St Patrick’s lads played some outstanding football over the course of the game.   They took the lead inside 13 seconds thanks to Noah Grimes and from that point forward it never looked like anything other than a big win for Donaghmore.  Four further first half goals from Ciaran Hackett and Ronan Molloy eased St Patrick’s into a big half time lead with Callum Daly registering Omagh’s only first half point.

The second half saw the game follow a similar pattern and Donaghmore added two further goals through the impressive Ronan Molloy and Johnny McKenna.  Points from Cormac Drayne, Johnny McKenna, and Noah Grimes kept the scoreboard ticking over as Omagh finished the half with a goal of their own from substitute Tiernan Kelly and points from Dillon Chism.

Donaghmore now make their way to Feile 2019 where they will be amongst the favourites to land the Grade 2 All Ireland Crown.
