Double Success For Tyrone Schools In Brock Cup

Tuesday was a good afternoon for both St.Patricks Academy Dungannon and Omagh CBS in the Brock Cup as they both recorded comfortable wins over St.Michaels Enniskillen and St.Malachys Belfast respectively.
Dungannon maintained their perfect start to the Brock Cup when they defeated the Fermanagh lads 5-15 to 2-4 at Clogher. Ruairi McGlone top scored for the winners with 2-2, Stevie McGrath notched 1-3, Ciaran Hughes hit 1-2 with Mickey Lynn contributing 1-1. Tiernan Donnelly also weighed in with five points with Conor McCabe and Kyle Proctor also on target in a fine team performance.
Omagh picked up their first win when they proved much too strong for their Antrim counterparts. Sean McGale top scored with an impressive 1-7 with Kevin Collins contributing 1-4. Padraig McGirr also found the net with Ben McDonnell, Cillian McCann, Ciaran Slevin and Gavin Slane all supplying points as they ran out emphatic 3-17 to 0-7 winners against opponents who had a man sent off after only twenty minutes.
