Dromore And Donaghmore Into Grade One U21 Championship Final

The Grade one U21 championship final will be between Dromore and Donaghmore after they accounted for  Cookstown and Errigal Ciaran respectively in the semi finals on Thursday evening. Cookstown led by a point at half time with Ciaran Blake   grabbing a goal on the stroke of half time. Dylan Coyle added to their advantage on the restart as they moved five points  in front but then they failed to score again. Declan McNulty, Ruairi Sludden, Peter Teague and Emmett McNabb all hit points while Sludden bagged a goal as it finished 1-12 to 2-5.

Goals won the day for Donaghmore as they got the better of Errigal Ciaran at Killeeshil. Mark Kavanagh scored all seven points for the Dunmoyle based lads in the first half but goals from Caolan Mulgrew and Philip Donnelly saw Donaghmore lead 2-3 to 0-7 at the break. Kavanagh took his personal haul to 0-9 with Eoin Kelly and Paudge McAnenly also on target but goals from Peter McKenna and Caolan Mulgrew won the day for the St.Patricks as it finished  4-8 to 0-11.
