Dromore went joint top of the division one league table on Friday evening when they emerged 1-12 to 1-5 winners over Omagh at Healy Park. The St.Endas began the game well with Conor O’Donnell scoring an early goal but the St.Dympnas hit back to lead 0-6 to 1-2 at the break with Niall Sludden Ruairi Sludden and Eoin McCusker getting points.
Omagh failed to score in the third quarter as the visitors went about establishing a match winning lead with Ruairi Sludden pointing and Conor O’Neill finding the net. Conan Grugan and Hugh Gallagher had Omagh points but Dromore closed out the game with Niall Sludden on target on a night when both sides finished with fourteen men.
