Drumquin Wolfe Tones completed a league and championship double on Friday evening when they easily accounted for a disappointing Tattyreagh side that struggled to cope with the physicality, pace and scoring power of their opponents.

Played in good conditions at Greencastle the winners made the perfect start to knock the wind right out of The Tatts’ sails. With Donal Patterson, Sean Mc Donagh, Oisin Mc Menamin and Pauric Rodgers all in good form the Tones completed a fine Minor double with a bit to spare.

On a night to forget for the Tatts Luke Northern, Andrew Allen and Ciaran Mc Croary did the scoring for them while Oran Starrs, Luke Devlin and Ronan Collins battled hard throughout.
