Dungannon Eoghan Ruadh claimed the under 14 championship title following a very commanding display over Strabane Shamrocks at Carrickmore on Monday evening. The Feile champions started well with a Josh Ferguson goal after 2 minutes and the same player followed this up with another goal from the penalty spot after Jack Mullen had been fouled in the small square.

Strabane however responded well with a goal from Mc Gettigan and a free from the same player but that was as good as it got for the Shamrock lads.

Ben Gormley scored a great goal as Dungannon moved 3.03 to 1.01 ahead after 15 minutes.
Eoghan Ruadh continued to dominate play and Ferguson, Molloy and Devlin added further scores to leave it Dungannon 3.09 Strabane 1.01 at half time.

With 7 minutes of the second half gone Lorcan Devlin scored a fortuitous goal from about 35 yards. At this stage the Strabane tackling and pulls became somewhat over the top and Devlin found himself on the end of one very hefty challange.

Devlin picked himself up and within another minute he scored his second goal. A 25 yard solo shot which hit the roof of the net. The earlier tackle on Devlin seemed to spur him on as he then scored the goal of the game with another 25 yard shot. This time it was from a slight angle and hit the top corner giving the good Strabane keeper no chance. Ferguson added another goal and the scoring concluded with points from Molloy, Mullen and Mc Kee as the game finished Dungannon 7.12 to Strabane 1.01
