Edendork are the outright leaders in division two after their recent good run of results continued when they defeated Pomeroy away from home by an impressive 2-16 to 0-10. Niall Morgan and Darren McCurry were among the points for the St.Malachys with John McGuckin getting both of their goals while Sean Quinn and John Loughran were on target for a Pomeroy side who have now lost four of their last five outings.
Loughmacrory missed out on the chance to go second in the table when they were on the wrong end of a shock 1-5 to 0-7 defeat at home to Eskra. Enda Ward and Ryan Gartland were among the points for their respective sides with Peter Hughes getting the only goal of the game for the Emmetts who finished the contest with fourteen men.
