Edendork Win Minor Camogie Title

Edendork lifted the Minor championship trophy on Sunday in Killyman after they defeated a determined Eglish team. The game was a repeat of the under 16 championship final a few weeks earlier. The match was very even for the first 30 minutes with only a single point separating the two teams at half time. Edendork goal keeper Maeve Maxwell was the star of the first half making some outstanding saves.
The game was end to end as the second half progressed but it was Edendork who found an extra gear to go on an win with a scoreline of 3-7 to 2-5.
