Eglish Are Grade Two U14 League Champions

The second game in the double bill at Galbally on Wednesday evening saw Eglish annex the grade two U14 League title after a cracking encounter with Rock. Rock led at halftime but Eglish turned things around in the second period and a strong finish saw them emerge 3-11 to 1-10 winners on the night. Luke Donnelly and Ryan Gorman scored 1-2 each for the winners with Ethan Jordan hitting 1-1 and Michael McGleenan weighing in with three points. Thomas Mackle scored five points from midfield for Rock with full forward Conor McGarrity hitting 1-2.
