Errigal Ciaran Thirds and Drumragh played out a low scoring and uninspiring draw at Dunmoyle tonight in the final game of the All County League Division Three Round Two. The home side started well and led three points to no score after eight minutes with Michael Harte getting two of his sides scores. However they failed to build on this good start as Drumragh closed the gap to a point at half time trailing 0-3 to 0-2 at the break with Paul Maguire on target for the visitors. The second half saw little improvement in the fare on offer and the game finished 0-6 apiece with Harte again and Damien Mc Dermott getting the home side’s scores while Maguire and Shane Cleary ensured a share of the spoils for their side.
Both sides gained a point on the night and this result means that our forecaster Stephen Mc Cullagh finishes this week with a 60% return.
