The remaining County minor title will be contested on Friday night. Omagh minor ladies and Errigal Ciaran will meet in the showpiece Minor grade two final at Fintona. Errigal will go into the game as favourites as this particular decider may have come too soon for a youthful Omagh side. Omagh have had a superb record in the grade two series over the years while Errigal have been one of the more successful sides in the top grade. However of late it has been a rebuilding process for the Dunmoyle side and as they continue to show great signs of recovery Friday’s tie would be the perfect way to return to the top table.
In terms of experience this season has been a positive one for Omagh with the bulk of manager Stevie Mc Namee’s minor squad all involved with the senior squad who are going well in the intermediate league. That experience and quality could prove vital as Omagh go head to head with this well drilled Errigal outfit galvanised by Canavan and Quinn.

Friday’s game throws in at 7pm Omagh though go into the tie without the injured Hanna Johnston.
