Errigal Through To Ladies Semi Finals.

Errigal Ciaran enjoyed a comfortable win over Glenelly in the last of the Ladies quarter finals at Kildress on Monday evening. The Dunmoyle girls had established a comfortable half time 3-3 to 0-2 lead with Aine Canavan responsible for two of their first half goals. Glenelly did improve after the break with points from Eva Hicks, Nicola Sheerin and Aisling O’Kane but two Sarah Connolly goals kept the Plumbridge outfit at arm’s length and ensured that Errigal made it through to a semi final meeting with Omagh. Errigal will go into that game as favourites to make it through to the county final but Vinny Mc Cullagh will feel his side is capable of causing an upset in that one.
