Eskra Inflict Further Misery On Clan Na Gael.

Eskra made home advantage count with a comprehensive win over a disappointing Clan Na Gael side defeating the North Tyrone men 2-15 to 1-9. Ryan Gartland and Joe Mc Carrol not only scored their side’s two goals but also hit eight of their team’s points between them. Clan na Gael battled bravely in the first half and only trailed 1-06 to 0-5 at the break. However the home team hit the first six points of the second half to end the game as a contest and although Brendan Conway hit the net for Clan na Gael it was only a consolation goal and nothing else. Peter Devine and Michael O’Neill were among the point scorers for their team but they were a well beaten side at the end.
