Well even though we are still awaiting two results to decide his final position on our “Forecasters Leaderboard” Drumragh referee Fabian Mc Glone finds that his forecasting skills are not just as sharp as he thought. Judging by this weekend’s results it would appear that Peter Canavan’ s score last weekend will take quite a bit of catching never mind beating. Fabian spent Friday night chasing scores, scratching his head and wondering what had gone wrong with his predictions.

Division One saw him get four out of the eight correct with his top tip of the night Omagh St Enda’s to beat Killyclogher causing him great personal upset. He did not fare much better in Division Two and although we are still awaiting the fixture involving Eskra and Edendork, Fabe surprisingly saw only three of his forecasts come up trumps. With his own club Drumragh ensuring he made a good start in the third division Fabian was hopeful that his knowledge of the teams in this particular division would give him the results he craved. Unfortunately once again it was another return of fifty per cent that means based on the results of the weekend thus far, Fabian’s score comes in just under forty eight per cent. As a result he moves to the bottom of the leaderboard and as he might say on a school report “must do better next time”.
