Cookstown are into the semi finals of the Intermediate championship after beating neighbours Rock 1-9 to 0-7 at Healy Park.  James McGahan got the only goal of the game in the 21st minute but they lost Owen Mulligan to a straight red card in the closing stages of the half.  Rock began brightly with points from Aidan McGarrity and Conor McCreesh but the winners led 1-5 to 0-4 at the break. Cookstown keeper Marty Rea pulled off a couple of great saves while Rock closed the gap through Cathal McWilliams and McCreesh. Cookstown had points from Matthew Carberry, Barry Potter and John Gilmore as they booked their last four ticket.
