Coalisland justified their favourites tag when they proved too strong for Donaghmore in the grade two league decider at Pearse Park in Galbally on Saturday afternoon.
Star of the show for the winners was full forward Fintan Coney who weighed in with a hugely impressive 5-2 to his name. Seamus McGrath and Ruairi Campbell were the other goal scorers for the winners while Brendan Sheeran and Niall Devlin notched 0-9 between them. Cian McKenna, Conall Molloy and substitute duo Ronan Cassidy and Ronan Donnelly (2) got the Donaghmore goals as a high scoring contest finished 7-12 to 5-9.
