Fintona continued their fine tun of form with Peter Colton back to his best as they defeated rivals Augher 3-18 to 0-16. Colton hit 1-7 for the Pearses in a game that saw Fintona lead 1-13 to 0-9 at the break. Ronan Mc Elroy (5), Ben Treanor, Cathal Mc Kenna (3), Pascal Gormley (3) Jarlath Mc Namee, Tiernan Mc Elroy, Darragh Kavanagh and Ciaran Treanor got among the points for Augher but in truth Fintona were comfortable winners. In an impressive performance from Fintona others to get among the scores were Cathal Starrs 1-3, Tiernan Watson 1-0, Oran Hughes 0-3, Jared Brogan 0-2, Diarmuid Martin 0-2 and Niall Murray 0-1.
