Rock moved back to joint top spot in the Intermediate table thanks to a hard earned 0-12 to 1-7 victory over neighbours Pomeroy on Friday evening. Conor McVeigh, Conor McCreesh and Aidan Gervin featured among the points for Rock with Ronan McKenna getting the only goal of the game for the Plunketts. Galbally meanwhile made it three wins out of three when they had a comfortable 2-15 to 0-8 success over Loughmacrory at Pearse Park. Mickey Murphy and Paul Rafferty hit 2-9 between them for the winners with Enda and Ciaran Ward among the points for the disappointing visitors. In division three county minor Sean Molloy bagged a hat trick of goals as high riding Dungannon defeated Owen Roes 3-8 to 0-9 at O’Neill Park.
